An Social Weather Stations survey showing the sentiments of the victims of typhoon Yolanda towards the help they have received from various institutions such the government from foreign countries, private organizations, local government and the national government. The survey shows that victims viewed their net satisfaction for foreign countries and private organizations as ‘excellent’ while the local and the national government received a ‘very good’ rating.The chart presents the pulse of the victims regarding the actions taken by the administration in rehabilitating the people and their place. The government was deemed ‘excellent’ in delivering medical and food assistance; ‘very good’ in reconstructing buildings and providing families with shelter; ‘good’ in identifying deceased victims.
