One of the places that tops the list of the best places to eat in Lilac is the Tamagoya Noodle House. It is a Japanese-themed restaurant that serves rice meals and ramens which they claim are authentic Nihon. Big bowls of Japanese food are served in Tamagoya which will leave diners sighing in satisfaction. Unfortunately, Tamagoya does not serve diners on Mondays.
Another crowd-favorite is the Burrito Brothers, a Mexican food joint that serves Mexican staples like burritos, quesadillas, nachos and flauta. Its burritos are a hit because of its affordability and flavor. One can be satisfied with one burrito because it under its wraps lies the saltiness of beef or chicken, the sweetness of tomatoes and the excitement of cheese waiting to explode in one’s mouth.
Crazy Katsu is another Japanese restaurant that serves the craziest chicken katsu though the ambiance of the place is not-so-crazy – it may even give off a Zen atmosphere to the customers with its wooden chairs and table and simple decorations. The restaurant boasts its chicken katsu for its unique spicy sauce and its soft, crispy chicken fillet. With the restaurant’s large servings for a modest price, wallets and hungry stomachs will be happy.
For anyone who has been craving for pastries, the Cookie Mug can satisfy one’s thirst for sweets. The pastry shop came up with an idea of using cookies as containers where customers can drink milk, chocolate, caramel and mocha. But, the miniature container is considered a little expensive for some customers because it falls under the hundreds range. The pastry shop also offers mouth-watering cupcakes and other delectable pastries.
Aside from pastries, a milkshake snack lounge that is Udderly Delicious Milkshakes and Desserts makes soft serve milkshakes that gives customers a sugar boost in a refreshing drink. People can make their own flavor combinations for their milkshakes or order some of their best-sellers such as Dark Chocolate Avocado, Bubble Gum Mallows, Cerealicious, Amaretto Peach and Chocolate Peanutbutter Banana milkshakes. The place also offers omelletes, fries, waffles, chicken wings and pancakes – perfect for anyone who wants to relax and indulge themselves in light meals.
